The Wall Street Journal: Apple suffers widespread outage, services down for some users

 said several of its properties were suffering from an outage Monday, disrupting access for users and businesses. 

More than 20 services went offline Monday afternoon, including the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV+, the iTunes store and Podcasts, according to the company’s system status page, which said the outages began at 12:32 p.m. ET. Later, Apple Maps also showed an outage. 

Apple said the problems ranged from slow or unavailable service to intermittent issues with various services, its system status page showed.

Downdetector, a site that tracks internet outages, showed thousands of outage reports across the various Apple properties. 

Apple representatives didn’t respond to requests for comment.
