Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.14%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.14%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Airport City Ltd (TASE:ARPT), which rose 1.86% or 86 points to trade at 4712 at the close. Meanwhile, Perrigo (TASE:PRGO) added 1.72% or 240 points to end at 14160 and Matrix (TASE:MTRX) was up 1.48% or 110 points to 7550 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK), which fell 6.54% or 118 points to trade at 1686 at the close. Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR) declined 3.44% or 6130 points to end at 172000 and Maytronics (TASE:MTRN) was down 2.74% or 164 points to 5830.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 270 to 155 and 17 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.16% or 0.09 to $55.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.37% or 0.22 to hit $58.47 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 2.53% or 46.50 to trade at $1788.60 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.35% to 3.2866, while EUR/ILS fell 0.89% to 3.9334.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 91.487.
