Dow futures Tick Higher as Indices Snap Two-Session Streak

Investing.com – U.S. stock futures were trading slightly higher during Wednesday’s evening trade after regular benchmark indices snapped a two-day relief rally while yields ticked higher.

By 7:10pm ET (11:10pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures and S&P 500 Futures were flat while Nasdaq 100 Futures ticked 0.1% higher.

In extended deals, Richardson Electronics Ltd (NASDAQ:RELL) added 8% after the company reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, beating estimates of $0.24 while revenue came in at $67.6 million versus $61.4 million expected.

Resources Connection Inc (NASDAQ:RGP) added 4% after reporting Q1 EPS of $0.60 versus $0.48 expected on revenue of $204.1 million versus $205 million expected.

Ahead in Thursday’s session, market participants will be monitoring fresh jobless claims data as well as speeches from Waller and Mester. Meantime, Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ) and Levi Strauss & Co (NYSE:LEVI) are also set to report earnings.

During Wednesday’s regular session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 42.5 points or 0.1%, to 30,273.9, the S&P 500 dipped 7.6 points or 0.2% to close at 3,783.3, and the NASDAQ Composite fell 27.8 points or 0.3% to 11,148.6.

On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates were at 3.755%.
