Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 1.32%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.32%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM), which rose 0.50% or 4.0 points to trade at 812.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) added 0.33% or 2.8 points to end at 840.0 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was up 0.28% or 2 points to 641 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 4.88% or 4.06 points to trade at 79.14 at the close. William Demant Holding A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 3.71% or 6.9 points to end at 179.2 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was down 3.35% or 15.8 points to 456.0.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 97 to 41 and 17 ended unchanged.

Shares in Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM) rose to 5-year highs; rising 0.50% or 4.0 to 812.0.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.18% or 0.07 to $39.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.50% or 0.21 to hit $41.56 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.28% or 5.15 to trade at $1873.55 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.03% to 6.3809, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4436.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 94.415.
