US Gold Mining (USGO) has field for 2,000,000 unit IPO at $10 per unit. Each unit consisting of one share of common stock, and one warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $13.00. Only whole Warrants are exercisable. Each Warrant will be immediately exercisable for a three-year period after the date of issuance.
