Mizuho Securities initiated coverage on Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) with a Buy rating and a price target of $116.00. According to the firm, investors may be underestimating (1) Oracle’s potential over the medium term to generate solid top-line and cash flow growth, and exceed its fiscal 2026 targets of $65 billion in revenue and annual EPS growth of 10%+, and (2) the attractive valuation of the company’s shares heading into a forecasted economic slowdown.

Morgan Stanley assumed coverage on Macy’s (NYSE:M) with an Equalweight rating and a price target of $21.00. Shares were up more than 2% today.

Mizuho Securities initiated coverage on Bill.com Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BILL) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $105.00, noting it is encouraged by near-term growth opportunity, but views the current valuation as already reflecting near-term growth and headline risks.

UBS initiated coverage on Watsco (NYSE:WSO) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $280.00.

Morgan Stanley assumed coverage on Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NYSE:NCLH) with an Underweight rating and a price target of $11.50.
