Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 1.30%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 1.30% to hit a new 6-months low.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tourism Enterprise Co. (TADAWUL:4170), which rose 9.95% or 2.90 points to trade at 32.05 at the close. Meanwhile, Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (TADAWUL:4013) added 2.38% or 5.00 points to end at 215.00 and Arabian Drilling Co (TADAWUL:2381) was up 2.08% or 2.40 points to 117.60 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8020), which fell 9.69% or 1.18 points to trade at 11.00 at the close. United Wire Factories Company (TADAWUL:1301) declined 8.16% or 2.15 points to end at 24.20 and Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co (TADAWUL:1304) was down 8.00% or 2.00 points to 23.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 201 to 43 and 11 ended unchanged.

Shares in Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8020) fell to 52-week lows; down 9.69% or 1.18 to 11.00. Shares in United Wire Factories Company (TADAWUL:1301) fell to 52-week lows; losing 8.16% or 2.15 to 24.20. Shares in Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co (TADAWUL:1304) fell to 52-week lows; down 8.00% or 2.00 to 23.00.

Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.78% or 1.39 to $76.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $83.71 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.54% or 9.40 to trade at $1,755.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.05% to 3.91, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 105.94.
