Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 1.00%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 1.00% to hit a new 1-month low.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:4009), which rose 9.96% or 2.70 points to trade at 29.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1212) added 7.68% or 4.30 points to end at 60.30 and Wataniya Insurance Company (TADAWUL:8300) was up 7.10% or 1.10 points to 16.60 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070), which fell 6.81% or 4.50 points to trade at 61.60 at the close. Al Aseel Co Ltd (TADAWUL:4012) declined 5.95% or 2.10 points to end at 33.20 and Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co (TADAWUL:1111) was down 4.70% or 7.40 points to 150.20.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 205 to 48 and 7 ended unchanged.

Shares in Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070) fell to 52-week lows; falling 6.81% or 4.50 to 61.60. Shares in Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1212) rose to 5-year highs; rising 7.68% or 4.30 to 60.30. Shares in Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co (TADAWUL:1111) fell to 52-week lows; losing 4.70% or 7.40 to 150.20.

Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.41% or 1.06 to $76.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.24% or 1.02 to hit $82.82 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.48% or 8.80 to trade at $1,818.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.53% to 3.95, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.07% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.63% at 105.19.
