Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.30%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.30%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040), which rose 9.98% or 5.30 points to trade at 58.40 at the close. Meanwhile, National Company for Learning and Education SJSC (TADAWUL:4291) added 6.16% or 4.40 points to end at 75.80 and Dur Hospitality (TADAWUL:4010) was up 6.02% or 1.22 points to 21.50 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Alinma Tokio Marine Co (TADAWUL:8312), which fell 2.34% or 0.30 points to trade at 12.50 at the close. Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC (TADAWUL:7202) declined 1.89% or 4.60 points to end at 239.40 and Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8180) was down 1.84% or 0.28 points to 14.92.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 170 to 61 and 24 ended unchanged.

Shares in National Company for Learning and Education SJSC (TADAWUL:4291) rose to all time highs; gaining 6.16% or 4.40 to 75.80.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.19% or 0.14 to $72.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.42% or 0.33 to hit $78.17 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.95% or 17.75 to trade at $1,841.25 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.36% to 3.97, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.59% at 104.64.
