Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.26%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.26%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8050), which rose 5.62% or 1.40 points to trade at 26.30 at the close. Meanwhile, ALAHLI TAKAFUL COMPANY (SE:8130) added 4.25% or 1.50 points to end at 36.80 and Trade Union Cooperative Insurance (SE:8170) was up 3.82% or 0.95 points to 25.85 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Arabian Cement Co (SE:3010), which fell 3.43% or 1.50 points to trade at 42.20 at the close. Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (SE:4004) declined 3.24% or 1.70 points to end at 50.80 and Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SE:2020) was down 2.58% or 2.40 points to 90.60.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 113 to 74 and 16 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.40% or 0.74 to $53.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.16% or 0.65 to hit $56.55 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.71% or 13.15 to trade at $1853.35 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.17% to 4.5407, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7512.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 90.523.
