Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 1.21%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 1.21%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:4210), which rose 5.80% or 14.80 points to trade at 270.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8280) added 5.41% or 1.20 points to end at 23.40 and The Saudi British Bank (TADAWUL:1060) was up 5.07% or 2.15 points to 44.55 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Leejam Sports Company SJSC (TADAWUL:1830), which fell 5.93% or 7.80 points to trade at 123.80 at the close. CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8240) declined 3.93% or 1.20 points to end at 29.30 and Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061) was down 3.44% or 2.60 points to 72.90.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 140 to 79 and 17 ended unchanged.

Shares in Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:4210) rose to all time highs; rising 5.80% or 14.80 to 270.00.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.11% or 0.11 to $101.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.20% or 0.21 to hit $107.04 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.31% or 6.05 to trade at $1,952.95 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.69% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.68% at 100.28.
