Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.19%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.19%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Hammadi Co (TADAWUL:4007), which rose 9.76% or 4.00 points to trade at 45.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8020) added 4.99% or 0.72 points to end at 15.16 and Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff .Co (TADAWUL:2270) was up 4.19% or 8.00 points to 199.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (TADAWUL:4300), which fell 6.85% or 0.98 points to trade at 13.32 at the close. Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8050) declined 6.69% or 1.73 points to end at 24.12 and Bindawood Holding Co (TADAWUL:4161) was down 3.64% or 3.20 points to 84.80.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 156 to 76 and 12 ended unchanged.

Shares in Al Hammadi Co (TADAWUL:4007) rose to 5-year highs; up 9.76% or 4.00 to 45.00. Shares in Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8050) fell to 52-week lows; down 6.69% or 1.73 to 24.12. Shares in Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff .Co (TADAWUL:2270) rose to all time highs; gaining 4.19% or 8.00 to 199.00.

Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.58% or 0.54 to $94.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.49% or 0.49 to hit $100.71 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.07% or 1.20 to trade at $1,760.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.41% to 3.73, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.09% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 108.98.
