Pzena Investment Management’s holding in Hooker Furniture Corporation decreased to about 1.5 million shares with the transaction.
Pzena Investment Management first bought Hooker Furniture Corporation stock in the third quarter of 2019. Pzena Investment Management also owns Newell Rubbermaid Inc (NASDAQ:NWL), Mohawk Industries Inc (NYSE:MHK), Stanley Black & Decker Inc (NYSE:SWK) and Snap-On Incorporated (NYSE:SNA). Hooker Furniture Corporation is its number four position by number of shares and market value among household durables stocks.
Other investors who also reduced their Hooker Furniture Corporation shares include Citigroup (NYSE:C) and Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management. Contrary to Pzena Investment Management, Royce & Associates added to HOFT shares, while Millennium Management introduced HOFT shares to their portfolio.
Pzena Investment Management also reduced their share in JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. (NYSE:JELD). The total value of the shares sold is estimated at around $89 million.
In addition, Pzena Investment Management increased their share in National Oilwell Varco Inc (NYSE:NOV) and Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (MPAA). The total value of the shares bought is estimated at around $202 million.
