Electric vehicle maker, Lucid Motors (NASDAQ:LCID) posted a cryptic tweet on Tuesday that says “Three is the magic number. See why at The Quail.” The post also included the hashtags #BlueMeansGo and #DreamAhead.

The tweet follows a post from Monday that featured a picture of its CEO Peter Rawlinson with Lucid’s team at the manufacturing team AMP-1 factory in Arizona. The post said “Count on something extraordinary. 8.19.22 at The Quail.” And included the same hashtags #BlueMeansGo and #DreamAhead.

Last week, Lucid released a press announcement that included very little information on what to expect at the motorsports gathering known as The Quail. It told readers to expect a press conference during the event at its display on the central lawn at 10:05 am PDT for what the company is calling a “global debut of a new vehicle variant that could only come from Lucid.”

Car enthusiasts have theorized that the tag “Blue Means Go” could suggest a new high-performance variant. Rumors have been surrounding the event suggesting that the vehicle in question could be the long-awaited Lucid Air with a tri-motor system. A system that, in theory, could rival Tesla’s (NASDAQ:TSLA) Model S Plaid.
