Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.69%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.69%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Nova (TASE:NVMI), which rose 3.00% or 970.00 points to trade at 33,350.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE) added 3.00% or 27.50 points to end at 944.00 and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ) was up 2.89% or 14.20 points to 505.80 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN), which fell 2.53% or 21.60 points to trade at 833.00 at the close. Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE) declined 1.46% or 47.00 points to end at 3,181.00 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) was down 1.12% or 41.00 points to 3,632.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 229 to 222 and 43 ended unchanged.

Shares in Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) fell to 3-years lows; down 2.53% or 21.60 to 833.00. Shares in Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE) fell to 3-years lows; down 1.46% or 47.00 to 3,181.00.

Crude oil for April delivery was up 2.11% or 1.60 to $77.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.82% or 1.49 to hit $83.53 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.70% or 12.85 to trade at $1,837.75 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.20% to 3.65, while EUR/ILS fell 0.37% to 3.86.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 104.65.
