Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.51%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.51% to hit a new all time high.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:PHOE1), which rose 2.89% or 101 points to trade at 3601 at the close. Meanwhile, Perrigo (TASE:PRGO) added 2.50% or 350 points to end at 14350 and Harel (TASE:HARL) was up 2.15% or 73 points to 3465 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Liveperson (TASE:LPSN), which fell 2.70% or 580 points to trade at 20920 at the close. Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) declined 1.29% or 390 points to end at 29940 and Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) was down 0.81% or 20 points to 2460.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 271 to 225 and 23 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.72% or 0.50 to $70.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.51% or 0.37 to hit $73.29 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.20% or 3.55 to trade at $1795.65 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.31% to 3.2082, while EUR/ILS rose 0.29% to 3.7902.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 92.623.
