Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.30%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.30%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG), which rose 6.00% or 1,970.00 points to trade at 34,800.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Leumi (TASE:LUMI) added 1.97% or 57.00 points to end at 2,957.00 and Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:MZTF) was up 1.52% or 170.00 points to 11,390.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN), which fell 5.04% or 41.00 points to trade at 772.00 at the close. Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG) declined 3.57% or 201.00 points to end at 5,429.00 and Melisron (TASE:MLSR) was down 2.11% or 460.00 points to 21,310.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 298 to 159 and 32 ended unchanged.

Shares in Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) fell to 3-years lows; falling 5.04% or 41.00 to 772.00.

Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.09% or 0.07 to $77.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.24% or 0.20 to hit $84.11 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.25% or 4.65 to trade at $1,840.75 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 1.61% to 3.67, while EUR/ILS rose 0.93% to 3.89.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.59% at 105.05.
