Investing.com — Micro-mobility Helbiz Inc (NASDAQ:HLBZ) announced on Tuesday a collaboration with Meta’s Workplace platform.
Helbiz will integrate Workplace from Meta to enable its workers to connect and communicate by creating groups, chats, meeting rooms and live videos.
The company added that Workplace will allow employees across different Helbiz teams in every market to build more direct and closer relationships.
Helbiz shares spiked to $9.37 on the news. They are up 7%, to $7.45 in the early afternoon.
In a separate announcement earlier in the day, Helbiz announced the launch of its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Helbiz division, appointing Matteo Mammì as CEO of the region.
The division will group all of Helbiz’s business sectors in the region together. These include Helbiz Kitchen, Helbiz Media and micro-mobility services.
