Greenlight Capital’s holding in Green Brick Partners, Inc. decreased to about 2.7 million shares with the transaction.
Greenlight Capital first bought Green Brick Partners, Inc. stock in the second quarter of 2007. Greenlight Capital also owns The Chemours (CC) and Ingredion Inc (NYSE:INGR). Green Brick Partners, Inc. is its number two position by number of shares and market value among chemicals stocks.
Other investors who also reduced their Green Brick Partners, Inc. shares include Ariel Investment, Diamond Hill Capital Management, and Third Avenue Management. In contrast, Citigroup (NYSE:C), Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management, and Victory Capital Management added to GRBK shares.
