GoDaddy Reports Q2 EPS Beat, Revenue In Line, Guidance Misses Slightly

GoDaddy (NYSE:GDDY) reported its Q2 results, with EPS of $0.56 coming in better than the consensus estimate of $0.49. Revenue was $1.02 billion, in line with the consensus estimate.

Annualized recurring revenue (ARR) for applications and commerce increased 12% year-over-year to $1.2 billion in Q2. ARR for the core platform increased 5% year-over-year to $2.3 billion.

The company achieved strong growth in its commerce offerings with gross merchandise volume (GMV) growing 12% year-over-year to $28 billion.

The company expects Q3/22 revenue in the range of $1.03-1.045 billion, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion.

The company revised its full 2022-year guidance, now expecting revenue in the range of $4.10-$4.13 billion, representing an 8% year-over-year growth at the midpoint of the range. The consensus called for $4.15 billion.
