Flywire Corporation 'Addresses Customer Payment Pain Points' – Truist

Shares of payment solutions provider Flywire Corp (NASDAQ:FLYW) were initiated with a Buy rating and $36 price target by a Truist analyst on Friday.

In a note to clients, the Truist analyst argued Flywire has built a differentiated vertical market software, a proprietary platform and a global network.

“The co addresses customer payment pain points in large verticals, incl Education, Travel, Healthcare and B2B,” wrote the analyst. “Flywire’s solutions are customized to help clients reduce costs, get paid in complex domestic and cx-border markets and improve end-user experiences.”

“Flywire has identified key markets in which it addresses complexity w/leading purpose-built solutions. In Education and Healthcare, ecosystem participants face challenges incl disparate billing systems, complex customer interactions, multiple tech providers, manual processes, language barriers, rising regulatory burdens and daunting data integrations,” added the analyst.

The firm views Flywire’s deep domain expertise and scalable payments infrastructure as “durable competitive advantages in large, immature TAMs.”
