Iveco Group NV’s shares declined 11% in its first day of trading on Monday following its separation from CNH Industrial NV.

Iveco Group, which makes commercial and specialty vehicles as well as powertrains, opened with an initial price of 11.26 euros ($12.81) per share on the Milan stock exchange. At 1002 GMT, the company was trading at EUR10.02 a share.
