Dow futures tick lower, Semtech up 10.2% after earnings

Investing.com – U.S. stock futures were slightly lower during Wednesday’s evening trade, after major benchmark indices posted gains during the regular session as recovering risk sentiment boosted financial and technology companies.

By 6:50pm ET (10:50pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures and Nasdaq 100 Futures fell 0.1% apiece while S&P 500 Futures were flat.

in extended deals, Semtech (NASDAQ:SMTC) fell 10.2% after reporting Q4 EPS of $0.47 versus estimates of $0.48 while revenue came in at $167.5 million versus $150.09 expected.

Sprinklr Inc (NYSE:CXM) added 13%, reporting Q4 EPS of $0.06 versus $0.02 expected on revenues of $165.3 million versus $162.78 million expected.

RH (NYSE:RH) dipped 5.4% reported Q4 EPS of $2.88 versus $3.33 expected on revenues of $772 million versus $777.27 million expected.

On Thursday, market participants will be looking towards fresh GDP and jobless claims data, as well as speeches from the FOMC’s Barkin and the Fed’s Yellen.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 323.4 points or 1%, to 32,717.6, the S&P 500 added 1.4% to 4,027.81 and the Nasdaq Composite lifted 1.8% to 11,926.24.

On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates were at 3.566%.
