Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 2.45%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 2.45%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Netcompany Group (CSE:NETCG), which rose 6.39% or 21.80 points to trade at 362.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 4.85% or 24.20 points to end at 523.60 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) was up 3.73% or 62.00 points to 1,725.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which fell 4.25% or 35.60 points to trade at 801.10 at the close. Genmab (CSE:GMAB) declined 4.10% or 128.00 points to end at 2,996.00 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was down 3.11% or 5.25 points to 163.50.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 88 to 67 and 18 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.52% or 2.18 to $88.65 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.16% or 2.02 to hit $95.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.56% or 9.85 to trade at $1,763.55 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 1.04% to 7.21, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.30% at 106.68.
