At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.17% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which rose 0.98% or 6.0 points to trade at 619.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) added 0.83% or 1.5 points to end at 182.5 and Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) was up 0.68% or 7.0 points to 1042.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 7.25% or 18.0 points to trade at 230.2 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) declined 5.24% or 905 points to end at 16370 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) was down 5.13% or 840 points to 15520.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 113 to 38 and 17 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 2.82% or 2.14 to $78.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 3.04% or 2.41 to hit $81.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.38% or 6.65 to trade at $1765.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.20% to 6.4018, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4379.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.23% at 93.828.
