Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 1.02%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.02%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Bavarian Nordic (CSE:BAVA), which rose 1.76% or 3.70 points to trade at 214.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) added 1.65% or 3.40 points to end at 209.90 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was up 0.08% or 1.00 points to 1,319.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 3.06% or 18.80 points to trade at 596.20 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) declined 2.00% or 3.65 points to end at 179.00 and Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) was down 1.84% or 12.20 points to 651.40.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 95 to 57 and 17 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.31% or 0.22 to $70.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.37% or 0.28 to hit $74.95 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.96% or 19.45 to trade at $2,003.25 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.11% to 6.86, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.45.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 102.49.
