Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.94%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.94%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH), which rose 17.60% or 78.20 points to trade at 522.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 1.21% or 39.00 points to end at 3,251.00 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was up 0.86% or 0.82 points to 96.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb), which fell 15.22% or 65.60 points to trade at 365.40 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 3.00% or 16.00 points to end at 517.40 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was down 2.61% or 390.00 points to 14,530.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 102 to 54 and 8 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 3.29% or 2.34 to $73.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 2.61% or 1.99 to hit $78.09 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.93% or 16.85 to trade at $1,793.85 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was unchanged 0.01% to 7.06, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.23% at 104.71.
