Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.73%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.73%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Bavarian Nordic (CSE:BAVA), which rose 6.51% or 14.60 points to trade at 238.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 3.91% or 25.20 points to end at 670.40 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was up 2.53% or 12.30 points to 499.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which fell 1.97% or 19.50 points to trade at 969.50 at the close. Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) declined 1.43% or 2.25 points to end at 155.40 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was down 0.62% or 17.00 points to 2,747.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 87 to 58 and 22 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.13% or 0.10 to $78.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.11% or 0.09 to hit $85.47 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.05% or 0.85 to trade at $1,846.15 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was unchanged 0.05% to 6.97, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.45.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 103.87.
