Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.46%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.46%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which rose 3.95% or 38.50 points to trade at 1,013.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) added 3.49% or 5.88 points to end at 174.30 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was up 2.78% or 2.68 points to 99.20 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which fell 2.69% or 31.00 points to trade at 1,121.00 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 1.36% or 11.00 points to end at 795.00 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was down 1.27% or 8.00 points to 619.80.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 85 to 71 and 16 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.74% or 1.83 to $103.34 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.52% or 1.63 to hit $105.95 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.49% or 9.05 to trade at $1,872.65 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.26% to 7.06, while EUR/DKK rose 0.09% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.41% at 103.35.
