Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.18%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.18%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which rose 2.71% or 13.30 points to trade at 504.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 2.25% or 57.00 points to end at 2,595.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK) was up 1.84% or 6.60 points to 365.20 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 2.26% or 1.70 points to trade at 73.40 at the close. Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) declined 1.91% or 15.90 points to end at 815.00 and Netcompany Group (CSE:NETCG) was down 0.95% or 3.40 points to 355.40.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 67 and 20 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.54% or 0.54 to $98.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.33% or 0.35 to hit $105.92 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.17% or 2.85 to trade at $1,713.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.89% to 7.27, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.69% at 106.49.
