Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.78%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.78%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which rose 2.80% or 37.5 points to trade at 1375.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 2.72% or 19.4 points to end at 733.4 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) was up 2.30% or 15.1 points to 671.2 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 3.93% or 6.9 points to trade at 170.0 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) declined 2.63% or 11.9 points to end at 441.0 and Netcompany Group (CSE:NETCG) was down 2.57% or 12.40 points to 471.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 89 to 75 and 11 ended unchanged.

Shares in Netcompany Group (CSE:NETCG) fell to 52-week lows; losing 2.57% or 12.40 to 471.00.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.24% or 0.21 to $88.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.28% or 0.25 to hit $89.51 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.73% or 13.05 to trade at $1808.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.12% to 6.6150, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4395.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 96.415.
