Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.41%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.41%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which rose 2.52% or 3.30 points to trade at 134.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) added 1.95% or 5.2 points to end at 271.9 and Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was up 1.46% or 4.4 points to 304.9 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb), which fell 1.51% or 16.0 points to trade at 1042.0 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) declined 0.86% or 3.6 points to end at 416.6 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) was down 0.78% or 23 points to 2908.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 86 to 61 and 21 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.79% or 2.33 to $81.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.59% or 2.22 to hit $83.60 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.26% or 4.65 to trade at $1780.25 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.12% to 6.3934, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4406.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 93.638.
