PacWest Bancorp (NASDAQ:PACW) 5% HIGHER; gains on WAL update

Maxeon Solar Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:MAXN) 4% LOWER; announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 6,800,000 ordinary shares.
