U.S. coronavirus infections now exceed 5 million

The U.S. has hit another coronavirus milestone.

As of Sunday morning, COVID-19 has infected 5,000,603 people in the U.S. It’s killed 727,579 people worldwide and 162,430 in the U.S., and also infected at least 19.7 million people globally, according to Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Systems Science and Engineering.
