Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 1.41%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 1.41%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8050), which rose 10.00% or 2.12 points to trade at 23.32 at the close. Meanwhile, Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (SE:8260) added 9.96% or 2.22 points to end at 24.50 and Al Kathiri Holding Co (SE:3008) was up 4.84% or 7.80 points to 168.80 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070), which fell 9.95% or 5.80 points to trade at 52.50 at the close. Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (SE:4130) declined 9.94% or 3.30 points to end at 29.90 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) was down 9.94% or 3.40 points to 30.80.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 172 to 25 and 5 ended unchanged.

Shares in Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (SE:8260) rose to 5-year highs; up 9.96% or 2.22 to 24.50. Shares in Al Kathiri Holding Co (SE:3008) rose to all time highs; rising 4.84% or 7.80 to 168.80.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 4.52% or 1.75 to $36.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 4.25% or 1.74 to hit $39.19 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.64% or 12.30 to trade at $1904.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.25% to 4.3947, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7510.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 93.907.
