Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.76%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.76%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (SE:2160), which rose 6.64% or 1.06 points to trade at 17.02 at the close. Meanwhile, Filing & Packing Materials Co. (SE:2180) added 6.00% or 3.00 points to end at 53.00 and Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company (SE:4001) was up 5.31% or 5.80 points to 115.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Taiba Holding Co. (SE:4090), which fell 5.56% or 2.05 points to trade at 34.85 at the close. National Metal Manufacturing Co. (SE:2220) declined 2.93% or 0.85 points to end at 28.15 and The Saudi British Bank (SE:1060) was down 2.38% or 0.75 points to 30.80.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 170 to 40 and 4 ended unchanged.

Shares in National Metal Manufacturing Co. (SE:2220) fell to 52-week lows; falling 2.93% or 0.85 to 28.15.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.38% or 1.06 to $77.81 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.68% or 1.34 to hit $81.04 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.83% or 14.95 to trade at $1791.35 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.16% to 4.2209, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7515.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.06% at 96.483.
