Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.85%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.85% to hit a new 1-month low.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE), which rose 1.60% or 1310 points to trade at 83320 at the close. Meanwhile, Leumi (TASE:LUMI) added 0.73% or 18 points to end at 2493 and Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) was up 0.16% or 3 points to 1917 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Nova (TASE:NVMI), which fell 4.55% or 1490 points to trade at 31250 at the close. Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) declined 4.33% or 840 points to end at 18570 and Melisron (TASE:MLSR) was down 3.38% or 820 points to 23460.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 366 to 100 and 30 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.86% or 0.63 to $72.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.66% or 0.49 to hit $74.27 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.15% or 2.75 to trade at $1827.75 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.46% to 3.2761, while EUR/ILS rose 0.20% to 3.8674.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 92.630.
