Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.24%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.24%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA), which rose 10.61% or 306 points to trade at 3189 at the close. Meanwhile, ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) added 5.17% or 120 points to end at 2439 and Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) was up 3.82% or 3780 points to 102700 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Liveperson (TASE:LPSN), which fell 6.94% or 1410 points to trade at 18900 at the close. Nova (TASE:NVMI) declined 5.03% or 1750 points to end at 33050 and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) was down 3.67% or 378 points to 9922.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 343 to 155 and 21 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.09% or 0.07 to $75.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.05% or 0.04 to hit $78.31 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.62% or 10.70 to trade at $1726.80 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.29% to 3.2187, while EUR/ILS fell 0.32% to 3.7369.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.57% at 94.310.
