Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.48%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.48% to hit a new all time high.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL), which rose 3.09% or 83 points to trade at 2770 at the close. Meanwhile, Energix (TASE:ENRG) added 2.74% or 39 points to end at 1460 and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) was up 2.74% or 273 points to 10250 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Liveperson (TASE:LPSN), which fell 1.53% or 270 points to trade at 17430 at the close. Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) declined 1.07% or 320 points to end at 29630 and Leumi (TASE:LUMI) was down 0.80% or 24 points to 2973.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 277 to 209 and 37 ended unchanged.

Shares in ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) rose to 5-year highs; gaining 3.09% or 83 to 2770.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.12% or 0.10 to $83.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.48% or 0.41 to hit $85.05 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.69% or 12.40 to trade at $1808.70 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.14% to 3.2010, while EUR/ILS fell 0.58% to 3.7154.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 93.832.
