Fiserv announced earnings per share of $1.47 on revenue of $4.16B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $1.45 on revenue of $3.96B.
Fiserv shares are down 1% from the beginning of the year, still down 13.74% from its 52 week high of $127.33 set on April 26. They are under-performing the S&P 500 which is up 21.8% from the start of the year.
Fiserv shares lost 0.76% in pre-market trade following the report.

IBM had matched expectations on October 20 with third quarter EPS of $2.52 on revenue of $17.62B, compared to forecast for EPS of $2.52 on revenue of $17.79B.
